We know you, understandably, might have concerns about COVID-19 affecting this trip. We’ve thought long and hard about how to keep you safe and your money protected. This is how we will.

Is the destination you matched me with safe to travel to?

Yes. If your trip is in 2020, it's on the UK government's list of approved countries and they are welcoming tourists. You won’t have to quarantine when you come back. If it's 2021, the vast majority of countries have indicated that they'll be welcoming tourists by then.

Will I be able to eat out at restaurants and visit attractions when I'm there?

Yes. As part of our safe destination checklist, we'll only match you with destinations where things are open (social distancing may still apply) and we can book some experiences for you.


What happens if the situation changes in the destination? 

If, by the time of your trip, the destination is no longer safe to travel to or things are closed, we will move your trip to a future month for no extra charge.

What if I want to move the dates of my trip?

No problem! You can move the dates of your trip to any future month, for any reason, up to 21 days before your scheduled departure date, for no extra charge.

Will I have to quarantine when I get back?

We'll only match you with a country that appears on the UK government's list of approved countries which means you won't have to quarantine when you get back.

What happens if there is a spike in coronavirus cases in the country when I'm there?

We'll be constantly reviewing the situation in your destination right up until you go, so if there are any signs this might happen we'll move your trip anyway. If it does happen, we'll be here 24/7 to help you get home safely.

Is my money safe?

Yes. If in the unlikely chance your trip is no longer possible because of COVID-19, we will move the trip for no extra charge. If we can't make the new dates work, we will refund you in full.
